Our pricing is very simple. We charge a flat rate of $36 per hour, whether it is for support, new website development, maintenance, or whatever, to the nearest minute.

• If you have a contracted project, the contract price will be estimated based on the anticipated time to complete the project, at the same $36 per hour rate.
• Quarterly and annual support contracts are available based on the anticipated hours needed, at the same $36 per hour rate.
• All customers receive access to the Support Portal at no charge. Charges begin only when we spend time resolving issues that you report there. If it is determined that the issue is because of a fault in our programming, no charges will be incurred in its resolution.
• All on-site service calls outside the Broken Bow, NE city limits will incur a $36 per hour travel time charge; if we use our own transportation, a mileage charge will also be incurred; travel costs to distant sites that include fares and lodging/meals will be billed to the customer in addition to the $36 per hour travel time charge. Travel costs can be shared between clients in your geographic area.

Most support issues can be dealt with efficiently on-line through the Support Portal or over the phone. Very seldom is an on-site service call needed.
